{"id":6057,"date":"2021-11-09T16:49:30","date_gmt":"2021-11-09T20:49:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.sigep.gob.bo\/?p=6057"},"modified":"2021-12-30T17:01:31","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T21:01:31","slug":"mefpvpcfdgsgif-n-592021-registro-de-estructura-organizacional-en-el-modulo-de-administracion-de-personal-del-sigep-para-entidades-de-nivel-central","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.sigep.gob.bo\/index.php\/2021\/11\/09\/mefpvpcfdgsgif-n-592021-registro-de-estructura-organizacional-en-el-modulo-de-administracion-de-personal-del-sigep-para-entidades-de-nivel-central\/","title":{"rendered":"MEFP\/VPCF\/DGSGIF N\u00b0 59\/2021: REGISTRO DE ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZACIONAL EN EL M\u00d3DULO DE ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N DE PERSONAL DEL SIGEP PARA ENTIDADES DE NIVEL CENTRAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Con el prop\u00f3sito de dar cumplimiento a los plazos establecidos en el cronograma de implantaci\u00f3n del m\u00f3dulo de <strong>ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N DE PERSONAL DEL SISTEMA DE GESTI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA (ADP SIGEP) <\/strong>en las entidades del <strong>Nivel Central del Estado<\/strong> que actualmente operan el m\u00f3dulo de Administraci\u00f3n de Personal del Sistema Integrado de Gesti\u00f3n y Modernizaci\u00f3n Administrativa (SIGMA), cuya actividad <strong>2.2 Registro de Estructura de Personal <\/strong>de la<strong> Fase II de Registro de Estructura Organizacional y Movilidad <\/strong>tiene como fecha de inicio el 8 de noviembre de 2021, \u00a0se pone a disposici\u00f3n de las entidades la <strong>Gu\u00eda Operativa Estructura Organizacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Para el registro de la Estructura Organizacional, las entidades deber\u00e1n realizar las siguientes actividades:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Solicitar al Gestor de Usuarios de la entidad la habilitaci\u00f3n del perfil 390 Operador Estructura Organizacional a los usuarios que corresponda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Las Unidades de Recursos Humanos de las entidades inicialmente registrar\u00e1n en el sistema la siguiente informaci\u00f3n: i) Documentos de Designaci\u00f3n, ii) Modalidades: Sub modalidades, iii) Escala Salarial: Clase (Precargado), Categor\u00edas (Precargado), Cargos, Puestos, Escala Salarial &#8211; URH, iv) Estructura Organizacional: Niveles Organizacionales.
