OBJETO<\/strong>\n  La Resoluci\u00f3n Ministerial N\u00b0153 del 6 de abril de 2016, define el Fondo Rotativo (FR) como: \u201cRecursos financieros disponibles en una cuenta corriente fiscal pagadora por la cual las entidades p\u00fablicas, realizan gastos de urgencia y otros establecidos por la normativa vigente, donde efect\u00faan gastos menores en efectivo a trav\u00e9s de Cajas Chicas para aquellas operaciones que por sus caracter\u00edsticas no se paga directamente a beneficiario final\u201d, y en el Articulo 29 par\u00e1grafo III dispone que \u201ccada Fondo Rotativo tendr\u00e1 un Monto Autorizado en el sistema de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica vigente, el mismo que corresponder\u00e1 al porcentaje (%) a ser determinado por el VTCP mediante Instructivo vigente\u201d.
